Perfecting Magichange Scroll
Typically when you are perfecting an item you pass stat increasing bills. Seeing as the Magichange Scroll has no stats should I even bother doing this and just focus on getting it to level 160?

Should I still double kill the item generals?

I'm equipping it to Marjoly so she can act as a staff for my Mage Knight.

Just raise it to lvl 160.

Why movement bills? Will my mage get the extra movement once Marjoly magichcanges?

No, they are just the most useful bills for an item with no stats.
