Save File Location

Hi. I recently changed computers, and while going through a few games I haven't played in a while, I noticed that I didn't have the save file for this and a few other games. Can someone tell me where this one is located so I can get it off my old comp? I don't want to start all the way over, if it can be helped.

Steam > userdata > 250752327 > 495280
At least on my PC, not sure if it differs from one machine/steam account to another. I do remember having some trouble copying save files with this game, you might have to do some weird stuff like making a new save and overwriting it with your old one, or something like that.
