How I recruit Zetta?

Hello guys.

Title. I just defeated him in Makai Kingdom. But what now? In the wiki it says he is in Extra Stage 11. However, I have no idea what does that even mean or how to get there lol

The stage should be unlocked from the bill "Meet the strongest Overlord!", to access it you need to have 10 dark world stages cleared

Nope. Thats what I already did. There was a cutscene after I defeated him and Adell got the Badass Overlord Title. What do I have to do after that?
