Monster skills transfer?
When you have a monster character and level up the skills and then change them into a diffrent monster using the reincarnate system. For example I want to use other monster skills to get them then after I have the skills I want to turn the monsters into prinnies I just want to know if those skills from other monsters can still be used?

Not through reincarnation, but you can get access to monster skills with Magichange 2. You can technically inherit it permanently on your characters through a bug as well. Either way, I don't think you can use monster skills with a monster unit of different species (maybe by exploiting the bug and then reincarnating, but I've never done it myself, so I can't say for sure).
