Is it possible to mod this game.

I really want to mod this game and add new stuff and do some balancing fixes and art fixes. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/app/405900/discussions/4/371918937281416805/ This is the mod list for disgaea 1 and the disgaea toolpack, and the unofficial disgaea tools kind of work but I don't know how to open some of the file types. If someone can figure this out and make it work so I can mod everything I want ill give you money or get you a game or key. Thank you in advance.

The only mod of this game I'm aware of is the Dark World one. If you haven't seen it already, there's this old thread with a link to it, but apparently it was set to private at some point. Maybe try contacting the creator for some tips? Not sure how responsive they are or if they are still active, but I suppose it won't hurt to ask. Can't help much beyond that, I'm not particularly interested in mods for this game nor do I have any general knowledge regarding them...
