i have same problem and suport site not exist. this is one fraud?

I've had this problem as well for a few months now and nothing I do seems to fix it. Also it seems to be present on two separate machines of mine. Both of which had no problem running the game in the past.

I think i had Disgaea 1 working like.. last year so i believe its incompatabillity with drivers or something..

Same problem just popped up for me when I went to launch the game for the first time in a week or so. Any help would be much appreciated!

Had a similar issue when I redownloaded it today. Nothing worked: changes to compatibility setting, betas, verifying games files, etc.

There is a mod called Pretty Prinny (3rd party) which appears to work for me, though I'm not going to recommend it (3rd party, etc, etc). YMMV and all that. Seems to be working so far though.

EDIT: There appear to be some fairly substantial stability issues. It's crashed 3 times in half an hour.

Yeah, this sucks. I mean, the game was cheap and all, but not being able to read any of the words (even on the title screen!) makes it totally unplayable. Talk about a rip off!

From what i can tell its directly affected by drivers.. i reset my computer completely and it worked fine then i updated my drivers and it broke xD

On my computer not have chance top up more drivers. I tested it on previous versions of the driver and nothing. is poorly optimized for AMD

Any progress made on the borked graphics issue? Anyone figure a work around yet?

So what i did was i went into device manager then clicked update drivers on my graphics card clicked search this computer then clicked "let me pick from available drivers on my computer" selected my card installed and im guessing its an older version or something cause Disgaea n everything works now

what are all your GPU's and processors
Game runs fine for me. the game also hasnt been updated in 5 years so if you are all on AMD then its an AMD driver problem and you should all contact AMD making them aware of the rendering problem

Okay so I have an AMD CPU and an NVIDIA GPU, both of which were running in hydbrid mode when I had the issue. Switching over to just GPU graphics fixed the issue, so I'm very sure it's an issue with AMDs drivers, since the game hasn't updated, but the drivers have
