Stutter Fix
Just run it as admin. It was completely unplayable and now it runs perfect when i run as admin

nope, this doesn't work for me. Anything else that I could try? I noticed that sometimes I can play stutter-free after a restart, but that doesn't work every time, and it's rather ridiculous to need to restart my computer every time I want to play a game.

Does it only stutter when you move with a controller? because that was my issue, Try switching between the screen options too because that was a problem for me. Hope it works for you
