Dark screen and dark options Help!

When I try to play the game it will not show me the options or the menu. Everything is black. How do i fix it?

While I've personally never experienced this, it is (or at least was) a known issue due to the game's compability with AMD drivers. There was an update that supposedly corrected this, but some people still have this issue. There's a "Pretty Prinny" mod as well, but it seems like it's not very stable.

Thanks for letting me know. I wounder how do I access this update or the mod so I can play once more.

Just got this game and I had the same issues. Sadly I'm just going to request a refund. I have no desire to use third party stuff to get a game working.

Totally understand. though, how do you use the third party stuff to get it to work?
