The magichange scroll is meant to be equipped on the magichanging monster, and iirc allows them to have their highest stat used as the basis for the resulting weapon's attacking stat.
Something that might be worth mentioning regarding the "weapon" scrolls is that the A rank they provide is the lowest possible, so if the character equipped with it naturally has rank A or S in the respective weapon mastery, having the scroll on them could be detrimental.
As such, other than maybe the M-change Scroll (which you need to level up to 160+ for its max effect), they aren't particularly useful. I personally just use them to store spare innocents, like the ones used for perfecting items.
