Can Collectors "downgrade" your item?
Let's say you have a legendary item at rarity 7. If you add a collector, does that item become rare? or is it possible to have an item that's still legendary but with a rarity value of 255?

The collector would make it rarity 8, but if it became a rare instead, you wouldn't even have a floor 71 to return to. So it has to stay legendary to prevent that sort of thing.
