magichange
the only good thing about is both chars get the exp. But power wise not stronger. Offense power goes way down. Damage is either a little more or sometimes now less. Also it don't help for Midboss. He is single hit all the way. His recarnate is way higher. 1700 lvl and it jumps to 36 for atk. also magichange has limited use .

The only thing I've really found Magichage useful for is power leveling. Pairing up a weak unit with a strong unit either lets a Strong Humanoid level up their monster weapon super fast since their stats will be about the same as before the magichange, or a weak humanoid with a strong monster weapon can handle enemies well above their normal strength.

It doesn't really give you any strength that will help you push your maximum limits for your entire party.

Of course you can already do this just fine with chain attacks, but those aren't always guaranteed to proc, and weak units are vulnerable to getting killed easily. At least magichange makes it easier to keep a weaker unit alive.

The issue with magichange is that it gets a smaller multiplier from weapon mastery than regular weapons do, but its very useful for leveling, since Zetta Beeeaaam can hit all units in CoO4 at once, and you can also use the magichange glitch to create uber weapons

Your offensive power is not just tied to your stats. Matching Weapon Rarity, Weapon Aptitude Levels, and Magic/Skill Levels also account for some of it. With all other things equal, a Fist user with 0 Aptitude Levels in Fists will deal significantly less damage than a Fist user with 255 Levels in Fists and a base level Star spell will deal significantly less damage than a level 99 Star spell.

Why would this matter for Magichange?
1. Weapon Rarity is randomized based on the Monster's weapon quality, so you cannot reliably match it with your other equipment's Rarities every time.
2. A character with 0 Aptitude Levels in a weapon will not benefit from Magichange as much as a character you've been grinding Weapon Aptitude Levels with.
3. Magichange doesn't scale as much with Weapon Aptitude Levels as normal weapons, so their stats will take a hit in exchange for granting you the Monster's innate ability (like a Dragon's Fire Immunity or a Ghost's SP recovery) and the unique Magichange weapon skills.
4. Magichange weapon stats depend on the Monster's stats, so a freshly made monster will not make as strong a weapon as a well-developed one.
5. May need some testing on this, but having the base humanoid character's Lovers on their normal weapon may prevent them from counting towards their stats when the Magichange replaces their weapon.
