Can't complete Dark Record (Actress magichange)

After i discovered that the only magichange I am missing in the Collection Record for my original save is Actress Axe, I magichanged with her multiple times with multiple rarities, and I didn't get the entry filled. I have started over twice: once completing Adell Mode, once starting directly in Axel Mode. Neither of those saves gave me credit for Actress Axe. The one where I started in Axel Mode, I checked my record as soon as I macighanged and finished the stage. Instead of counting for Actress Axe, it counted for Entei Axe. So, I made an entei, gave it a normal weapon and Actress a rare weapon, then magichanged both in the same stage. The only change to my Collection Record was the addition of rare for the Entei Axe. I didn't find anything relevant with an internet search. Anyone here notice this bug? Any other completionists care if this one entry is missing?

I have completed 100% of the Collection Record (technically even more due to an oversight with the Accelerator), and there's just not an "Actress Axe". She's just not unique enough to have an entry (same for Pink). Oddly enough, its registry # is after unique ones like Taro and Priere (every other weapon type lists unique magichanged weapons last).

Then who is Axe 41? That's the only one I'm missing, and I have maigichanged with all axe monsters. I have triple checked, and as far as I can tell, Actress is the only axe monster in the game that isn't listed.

Entry #41 isn't a magichanged weapon, it's Niflheim (Fubuki's axe). You get 2 chances per playthrough to steal it: when you face him as an enemy in 10-4 Dead Breath and as an ally/neutral unit in 13-3 Killer's Hall.
