Dark screen and dark options AMD driver solved
Just reporting in that on Windows 11 with my AMD graphics card I had this issue... but then I updated my AMD driver to the latest (23.7.1) and it's working fine now!

Apparently this driver fixed some OpenGL stuff, which I think was the culprit.

So if you have this issue - try updating! Good luck!
