E= they've (E)xecuted their action
Unfortunately there are no clear indicators for whether or not a unit has moved. Units can move or act in any order, and any motion can be freely cancelled before they act. Getting tossed does not consume the flying unit's movement or action, either (but it's common to consume their movement to get into a Lifting spot). This is pretty handy for setting up team attacks, just move units into position, do the combo, then reposition them to do something else.
