Game not starting
I am on a Mac for starters, and I have been unable to get the game to start. It opens up but then it immediately closes.

Can anyone help me with this?

Darn looks like I don't have any files called CommonRedist or any of the others, do you know another method by any chance?

These are the files that show up for me when I access my local files.

this is how I am accessing the local files, is it just that I am going to the wrong spot?

Whoops...i didnt see that it was on "Mac"
you could right click the game, go to properties and click on local game files Browse local files and it will take you to the same destination

That's a local file, we can't access that over the internet. Upload it to a site like imgur.com and then give us that link, that should work.

On another note, I don't think the fix above (BlueBear's) will work. That's meant for Windows systems, not sure if the Mac version has anything similar. Hope it does, though!

and thank you for helping

Yeah, that's completely different to a typical Windows install. On Windows, there would be another folder there that contains the OpenAL stuff, but it's probably either absent or merged into another file here. Not sure where to go with that, hope somebody else has an idea.
