No sound in game.

The game has no sound while playing, I know my headphones work as I have used them in other games and just recently tested them through my audio manager.

Have you:
Checked the audio volume in the game settings?
Made sure Disgaea is playing through your headset in volume mixer, instead of say... a disconnected speaker?
