Can't control game when using Steam Link

I'm trying to play the game with my Steam Link, but it does'nt seem to pick up on any controllers. I've tried a usb Xbox One controller, and my Steam controller. Both work great when playing on my PC directly. I've even tried plugging the Steam controller dongle into my pc directly and playing on my tv. No dice.

Anyone have a work around? This game would be perfect to play on the couch. Thanks!

Hey there dood, is this issue occurring with any other Steam games, or is it unique to D2PC? Could I get your computer specs please?

hey, thanks for responding! No problems with other games at all, I use my Steam Link pretty regularly using both my controllers. Specs:

Windows 10 1507 build (haven't moved to the anniversary update, but all security patches are applied)

VIDEO CARD - EVGA GeForce GTX 1060

SOUND CARD - Soundblaster Audigy FX

CPU - AMD FX-8350 Black Edition OC 4.5Ghz

RAM - G.SKILL Ares Series 16GB DDR3 1866

HARD DRIVES - OCZ Vertex 3 240GB / Western Digital Black 1TB 7200 RPM

HEADSET - Sennheiser PC 350SE

MOUSE - Final Mouse 2016 Ergo

MOUSEPAD - Func Pad Surface 1030

KEYBOARD - Logitech G110

MONITORS - Benq XL2420T

Looks like this was a problem with the first Disgaea for PC that was fixed in a patch:
