DLC Characters reappear in NG+ party without "summoning"

I completed Adell Mode, then Axel Mode and switched back to Adell after that. I had every DLC Character in my party in the first run. Some of them are in my party now, although I did not complete the "summon" quests (and just the ones, I did not like ;)).

Has this occured to anyone else?

Yes just appeared on my 3rd run, after fighting the dark adonis vyers....

adell (summon all) -> axel -> adell (have no one and summon all again) -> adell (pram, miabell, hanako and marona in party at start)

OK, that seems to be a more common problem. For the record: I had at least Pram and Mirabell automatically summoned. I don't remember which was the third exactly. It seems, it affects mostly the "last" characters on the list to summon?! Maybe that's related?!

So, is this post enough as an official bug report? NISA?!
