I've noticed this a few times now, but the Dark Assembly Senators who vote against me will sometimes just sit there when I force a bill, they move once at the very least, but after that some of them will just sit there and do nothing, even if I'm in attack range, the stop moving, don't attack, and just sit there stupidly.

This happens on occasion when I attend the assembly as a senator, however I have not seen this while passing my own bills, since I've not tried force passing a regular bill. Just figured I'd report this.
