Half of the summoning experiments are missing

So I was on my second playthrough of Adell mode and defeated Mid-Boss which of course sends me into a new cycle, however when I go to do the summoning experiments half of them are missing, anyone else had this issue or know how to fix the problem?

Some DLC chars carry over new cycle. It`s a bug and if you start new cycle just after beginning (by defeating Laharl or Mid-Boss or any other way) chars will be removed from party and their summons begin available.
For me it works this way.
