same troubles with Phantom Brave PC is happening with disgaea 2

btw im have the same trouble this game just like i did with Phantom Brave PC camera spining around keyborad and controller ui fighting with each other

I'm having this issue as well. Do you have multiple monitors? It seems that is starts to get really screwy when I have the game open and switch monitors (Like Facebook or Youtube). When I switch back, it wants to force the cursor to scroll like it the analog stick was help either upward or downward.
