MacOS 10.12.6, crash on startup
Hello,

Game was working flawlessly before, but now (I'm guessing it's somehow related to 10.12.6 macos update which came out recently) it's crashing on startup.

Will appreciate any help.

Already tried: rebooting, reinstalling; usual stuff, basically.

Got it resolved; this problem was actually with steam itself. I was using steam beta and after opting out from it everything is fine. Wasn't suspecting steam at first since other games were working.

that's odd, I have this problem currently but i'm not in the beta. I'll try opting in and see what that does.

Don't think its that - It was working fine after moving to 10.12.6 for a number of days but spontaneously stopped working yesterday - also I'm not in beta - I suspect steam changed something - I'm sure I saw a brief notification of a steam update just when it stopped

I'm having the same issue and have done re-installing, verifying and everything else I could think of. I am also not in any betas. Is this just something that resolve on its own given enough time?

Yep, this issue appeared for me again on the last steam version. It was in beta in the beginning of August, and now it's in release version as well, *sigh*.

Well, I don't have a solution yet. Guess I'll go poke steam support regarding this issue as well.

Running into this issue as well. Looks like the latest version of Steam broke some backwards compatibility?

Chiming in as well and verifying that this is no longer launching following the most recent update to Steam

Happened to me yesterday. Was working cleanly for a full day and then stopped opening.
