so intsalled 2 and knowing that 1 had compatability issues i tryed the troubleshooter for compatibility. it took it from a white screen with no sound to a black srceen that says loading but i can hear the sound playing for the intro. also was able to click on screen and hear me clicking a menu but cant see it. just "now loading"
