This has been going on for awhile now and I been trying to look up how to fix it/mod it but some how the icons keep switching back and forth each controller press, it gets very distracting and I have try the following, uninstall reinstall, swapping controllers from ps3 ps4 and Xbox (xbox controller is broken from the right bumper), I have tryed turning off all programs (besides steam) alt tabbing, resetting my computer, resizing the game window (all choices picked) turning the UI old to new, V-sync on and off, If anyone can figure this out, you will be marked as a saint or in this case, a true overlord.
