Disgaea 2 no sound

So, i already tried to search how to fix this and all the forums said to use the common redist folder, but the problem is... THERES NOT COMMON RESIST FOLDER. How can i fix my problem?

Install Open AL: https://openal.org/downloads/

i install open al but do not work

Game Sound FIX for Disgaea 1 and 2 NO SOUND

Frame rate fix, fps drop.

sound does not work in full screen.

Analogue stick sensitivity seems a bit lacking.
