I'm having issues starting the game, and would greatly appreciate any help!

Similar to some older posts, the game begins to start, shows a window(with the little hand) then closes soon after.

I've reinstalled the OALINST.EXE and the windows retribution installer that has been brought up.

I've also went into the properties of the exe file and set it to WIN 7 compatibility mode as well as "run as admin."
