I feel very confused since there is no single error message box when the game has been crashed right after I launch the game. As you can see the play time of mine (less than one minute), I even don't know how to launch the game. This kind of issues is almost first time I've ever experienced since 5 years so far. Do you think my operating system is the problem? The following is the spec of my PC.

OS: Win 10 Pro
CPU: i7-7700
RAM: 32GB RAM
GPU: GTX1080ti

Can I refund this game? I feel very unfair if I have to just waste my money like this.
