Order of the Forge? [SOLVED]

So I did get the Order of the Forge building but I don't see this 'Enchantment' tab showing up anywhere? How to I get the +1 Enchantment slot?

I see it now when I select equipment of units. Seems I get 2 slots cause I took 4 enchantment books?
