How do you permanently delete a corrupt save game?
Tried to delete it ingame, it crashed.

Tried to delete it via file explorer, it comes back.

Does anybody know how to get rid of said corrupt save game.

Delete it through files and be sure to delete the profile as well as its cache etc, then verify integrity of game files after. Should work

Try disabling the steam cloud sync for the game.
