WHERE THE HEK IS THIS TOP 1 DUDE???
it's been already years since i started playing this game and could never beat the top 1 Red dude coz he simply NEVER SHOWS UP, WHY???
Like, some old saves i had i could beat him ONCE, but then, sayonara!! He would NEVER show up again.
I have this issue since the first time i reached this point of the game but back then i thought this would be corrected but this simply

ALSO
there is an issue where at a random point of the game, when u got more than 40 cars, the garage SIMPLY DELETES EVERY SINGLE CAR
I got this when i was pink slips with every single one

You were in 3rd place before and you took his 1st place spot which moved hin to 3rd. To be able to race him again, you would have to wait until he gets to 2nd place or lose to the 2nd place guy so you become 2nd place which should allow you to race him.

Surprised at how simple it is and how idiot i was to not get that he would've lost positions beyond the second place
