Report a translation problem
As a developer, it's quite hard question for me. It depends on what you're looking for. If you're mostly in for building stuff, then you're all set even now. But one of the biggest issues right now is that there's small playerbase and it's only active in weekends.
Items works similarly like CS:GO, TF2. You get drops from time to time and the first time you launch the game you get 3 random common items and 1 uncommon item to get something started with. In future Founder's Edition users will get exclusive items aswell.
I think it would be best to wishlist the game and follow it's development and to see if you like in which direction it's going. I'm trying to push out a major update just before Christmas so that's one of the biggest updates coming up close.
