I randomly get this prompt be it 3 or 8 players in the lobby (including me), so I'm just standing in place with this prompt unable to do anything, while I can see everyone else driving around

When I host my own lobby I can play fine along with everyone else, but when I join it's almost like a curse

Is this something on my end? Is this a bug? Is there a way to fix this?
