Question About Standing Gameplay With Oculus Touch Controllers
I love climb games, but when I tried to change the settings to be controller based movement, I found I couldn't use the thumbsticks to walk or rotate my character. I have only 2 Oculus sensors so I can't play with roomscale yet, untill I can afford a 3rd sensor. My question: Is it even possible to use the thumbsticks on the Oculus touch controllers to move around the camera or is that something you can't do currently? I would like to buy the full game, but this is the only thing holding me back.

Thanks,

Hulk H

Nevermind, I found out how to rotate the camera. I hold down a thumbstick and move the direction I want the camera to go. I can now play this game. Side note: This game is tricky-dicky, but I finally managed to complete the demo after several tries. Going to buy this game.

Yup yup, you can rotate like that in the demo, although it hasn't been updated in a while.

In the full game that method still works but you can also rotate using one of the face buttons on Touch, each controller's buttons lets you rotate to that side, this is slightly more comfortable than pressing the joystick in as that's sort of annoying to do multiple times in a row.
