Character colors bugged?
Hello!
I have a quick question about changing color of your character. Every time I try to do so, and then join my friends, or my own lobby, my colors are set back to green hands and purple outfit. Is there a way to fix that? I definitely don't want to jump around colored like a missing texture.

Have you found a solution yet? I'm having a similar issue where I'll always load in with my colors changed to extremely bright green.

This is a known issue that I've been struggling with for a while, and I'm sad to report that I still have no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ clue what's causing it...

The color system is really basic, there's RGB values it stores in your "player prefs" which just mean they're stored in windows registry for my game, it's simple red, green and blue values that somehow get corrupted when they load back into your character and it makes absolutely no sense to me...

The main thing that drives me nuts is it's completely random who it happens to, there's no consistent commonality between the glitched people and the people who are fine.

I've got it in the back of my mind every time I work on the game but really have no solid idea where to even begin fixing it since I've tried forcing it to be certain colors before and it still didn't actually change people to those colors.

@ShadowBrain I see. I mean, it's nothing major, it's just a minor inconvenience to me.
Do you know if there's any way to adjust the RGB value somewhere in Windows? #00FF00 doesn't really match my eyes, you know. ;P

In theory it should be adjustable in your Climbey registry keys using "regedit" which is a default windows feature (just type that into the windows 10 program search bar) to look at and adjust registry entries.

In practice, I've found that users who have this glitch somehow can't change their colors there.

This bug is insane.
