Weird, wavy graphical artifacts?
Used to play Climbey and it all worked just fine. I upgraded to a new gaming PC and left the VR to gather dust for a bit, until my Index controllers arrived last night (just the controllers, still on the original Vive headset.) Of the few games I played to test them out, I noticed some weird graphical artifacts in Climbey.

When walking or during fast movement the graphics would distort into a wavy or chevron pattern. Has anyone run into this before? I'm not sure if it's a Climbey specific issue, or a side effect of motion smoothing, or some new comfort feature that gained popularity since the last time I played.

I just saw it in the last level i played, never seen it before. Maybe its an update or something. Do you have it all the time?

Motion smoothing I reckon.
Grid-patterns aren't great at being smoothed, turning on motion smoothing makes it immediately obvious.

I personally always disable motion smoothing because it messes with the visuals too much and ends up more distracting than just having regular reprojection going on.

Oh yeah, I disabled motion smoothing and it's back to normal.
