LIterally just had an update today and Dev says they are adding it to new platforms. The game relies on community maps, and so there's not much more to add to the game I'm guessing.

Grappling hooks would be cool though like in GRAB.

I think the OP was referring to PEOPLE playing the game in multiplayer rooms; rather than whether the DEV was actively updating the game.
