I don't need your sass Sideswipe, I said that because restarting steam makes the game pickup on any updates I pushed while steam was active.

I'm unsure what else I can do, it's something with windows 7 updates and/or microsoft visual C++ 2015 being not installed or corrupted somehow, not something I can really fix from a distance here by pushing a simple update... Aside from what I've already done which is make steam check if microsoft visual C++ 2015 is installed and install it if not.
