Can´t equip Hierophant Skills on Dialogus Staff.

-If i use a gun + Dialogus Staff, i can happily select 2 skills for the staff (while 2 first slots still correspond to the gun skills)

But if i remove the gun, instead of getting able to choose 4 skills, i can´t choose any. I just try to take the skill to the slot, (the same way i do when its gun+pistol) but the 4 slots are "closed".

Also the Dialogus is always equipped on the right slot, as off-hand, and cant equip it as main hand, if thats somewhat important info.

Is it bugged or im missing something?

The staff is basically a marked as a 'shield' and always relegated to off-hand. The same goes for the libram (book). If you want more skill points, use a force sword or aether blade as they only have 1 skill attached which leaves you with 3 slots. You can add a 4th slot if you use the censer belt item.

The dialogus staff showing 4 skill slots is a bit of a bug.
It will only ever grant 2 skill slots.
Apart from equiping one of the force swords, you can get another skill slot by equiping a holy censer in the belt slot.
