I'm following this guide https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1883177344 but i do not unlock the secret mission B. I appreciate some help here

I had someone else mention that last week.
I tried it and it unlocked fine for me, by completing the mentioned two missions.
Not sure what causes it.

Damn i guess i'm just unlucky then. I really did every info-fragment, cogitator, vilain, even chest.. maybe i died once, could be a reason i don't know haha
