Psalm code disappeared issue
Hi Guys:
I found all my Purple (Artificer) Psalm-Code disappeared after forging.
But it looks like these items still exist and can be used during forging Relic Psalm-Codes, but just no longer exist in item box. Neither can be picked up and put into slots.
I reported this issue about 3 week, not yet fixed.
could you guys look into it?

I reported the issue 1 month ago, and I am told this issue is due to items tangled and could be fixed by tech support.
could you guys help?
