Bug Report - Void Crusade: Unable to Complete
Summary: Void Keys of Escalation appear to have bugged during our Void Crusade leading to us opening chests and getting loot, but being unable to complete the mission or leave without aborting.

I was playing Coop with a friend earlier today and we scoured each map and cleared every objective leading up to the Supreme Mission. Upon clearing the final mission, we opened the chests, but the "open chests" objective never updated. This lead to us being unable to end the mission and being unable to leave without clicking abort mission.

Now, my Void Key of Escalation count reads "-17" which I think was the cause of the issue, but I'm not sure how it would have happened. We retained our loot after aborting the mission, but missed out on the clear benefits and challenge progress. We're playing seasonal characters in the "Season of Escalation" if the keys happen not to be exclusive to that season.

Any help or insight to prevent this issue from happening again would be great. Thank you!

Hi! Sorry about the trouble! Which tasks (in which Tiers) are you guys missing because of this? Also, what is the in-game account name of your co-op partner? So I can complete the tasks in both your guys accounts.

Thank you for getting to me so quickly! My co-op partner was "JustMikePlease"

We are currently missing the following tasks -
Tier 3:
Thorough Crusade
Tier 4:
Impeccable Crusade

We attempted another crusade, with my partner as leader and it is now bugged for both of us. We both currently have a negative amount of void keys. We are unsure of the cause, but it did not start happening until we completed the servo-skull objectives. Example: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3356350761

If we can't fix the Void Key issue we also will not be able to complete the following tasks either:
Tier 4:
High-risk Offensive
Tier 5:
Sweeping Crusade
Legendary Crusade
Spoils of Escalation

Another issue; if we cannot complete the void crusade, my partner will be also be locked out of completing the "Blessing of Saint Victorius" perk for completing his third crusade.

Hi! Unfortunately we weren't able to pinpoint the reason for the negative Void Key counter, so I went ahead and completed all relevant tasks for both of you guys (and added the perk to your friend's character)

Can confirm that it is an issue. I am having negative 26 keys. Doing void crusade and final mission, I can open all the loot boxes but cannot complete the mission due box count not updating. I appreciate the loot but I want experience and void crusade completion also. My passive skill is locked due not being able to complete 3 void crusades. Now im stuck at 2/3 as it bugged when attempting 3rd run.

Fixed your account, Void Key counter should be back in the positives

Just did a new Void crusade and even with positive keys the Void Chests that I open just don't count toward quest finish. It still allows to open all chests in the room but I cannot complete the void crusade mission nor can get my passive or season progress.

Season progress T3:
- Crusade of Malediction II
- Thorough Crusade

When I get T3 completed then the remaining tiers have also tasks that cannot be completed due Void crusades being bugged:

T4 Void crusade related tasks are:
- High-risk Offensive
- Impeccable Crusade
T5 Void crusade related tasks are:
- Sweeping Crusade
- Legendary Crusade

Hi! I failed to ask you which of your characters is affected by this, but I assumed it's your active one, the Battle-Sister. Let me know if otherwise.

I went ahead and added the perk and completed the two mentioned T3 tasks. Let me know if the T4 and 5 tasks do end up incompletable, however I'm optimistic this was a one off thing. Cheers!

Thank you. You are correct, I am actively playing with the Battle-Sister. Can confirm that the season quests are ticked off but the Passive is not activated.

I started today a new Void crusade, a new color I have not done before. Will report what happens in the end.

Hi i can't complete void crusades my void keys go negative and i can't complete season mission on my character from season of malediction i stucked on season mission 2 i have now -26 void keys can you fix it Season of Malediction charcter Zartana
