Character name is Finale

Today the same thing happened to me. I stopped playing this game because time was wasted. All items from the storage disappeared

Doesn't look like they have a way of restoring the items either. So many hours wasted...

Hey guys! I'm so sorry this happened with you! This is most likely due to an unfortunate momentary desync between any two of the game servers, our backend system, and your end. I'm real sorry about the trouble. I won't be able to reset your stash JUST the way it was, I'll strive to come close to it however, and will try and compensate you for your losses with valuable lootbags. Do you seem to remember which types of shards and psalms you had, and how many of them? The easiest to replace are shards, psalms, intels, and consumables.

Please let me know:

• What is your in-game account name
  
• What is the name of the character this happened with
  
• Which psalms/shards/consumables are the most important you get back!

Im assuming the in game account name is just the steam account name? I guess Two7golf. The character name is Finale and I honestly have no idea what was in there, I was just stashing it all and I dont wanna lie to you. I guess just surprise me. I appreciate you taking the time to address the concern though. Please make sequel! lol

There is an in-game account different to your Steam account, but I can manage with your Steam account name as well, really. It's just a couple extra steps.

Anyways, I added in a bunch of each type of shard and psalm code to ShindoTech's inventory! Also a bunch of each type of consumable, and a stack of intels. Additionally a couple high-value lootbags to hopefully help you replenish your gear as well.
Most items will have a placeholder icon reading 'TEMP' on them. That is only because I added them in from our backend server, instead of your picking them up in-game. They'll function all the same however.

Not to sound ungrateful but I had waaay more stuff than 2 of a couple shards and psalms plus I didnt even get any loot boxes. To top it off as unbelievable as it sounds my stash was once again completely emptied on a level 80 season character.

Its unfortunate but I think its time to just let the game go. Good game but the bugs are unacceptable for a loot based game.

In game account name is Drudkh. I had 3 pages full in my seasonal stasis cache, which was shared across a few characters. Kabala is the character I was on when the cache was wiped. I had some mind resets and some intel that would be nice to get back. the rest was just relic gear.
