"Perfect Record" Heroic Deed still Broken in Offline Mode

I still can't get it to work.

unless it changed since then, as far as i know, no heroic deed achivement works in offline mode
you can get the in-game rewards, yes
but no steam achievements related to them works

weirdly enough, story based achievements do work

well i checked and it seems that pretty much all heroic deeds have been fixed
i was playing prophecy so i didn't know they were fixed in martyr. i played 1 mission and got all the achievements at once.
