with my offline sororitas, i reach 300 on radical thanks to random assignments but didn't get the achievement

on a similar subject, i noticed that, in comparison between my offline and online character, that the online character gets much more purple crafting material (2-4) for every salvage, even from non-purple rarity items.
meanwhile my offline character only get 1 and only from purple items. is that normal?
