Wrong region and weird bug on npc interaction?

My player info shows that I'm in OCE but I'm in South America- account name is Exthalia
That aside, at random times when I try to interact with Ragna van Wynter, her inventory is just grayed out and no items show up, can't interact with anything, can't even use the little close store button on the top right, so I've to hit escape or press the inventory and equipment button on the top left to leave the merchant, then I've to restart the game to be able to see her inventory

Hey! And after one of these restarts, you can access her store normally? Or would you never really be able to access it at all?

After restarting the game, I can access the store npc again, but for some reason after coming back from doing a mission, there seems to be a random chance it will happen again, as it seems I get softlocked in a grayed out screen with nothing happening. I can see my own inventory and I can see the empty inventory of the trader npc, but I'm unable to interact with anything other than the two buttons on the top left and top right of the screen, sometimes pressing them does nothing and that's when I have alt f4
