Can't change install directory

I originally installed this game on a HDD. Then I added a SDD to my computer, and I figured that - as this is a 80 gigabyte game - it would do better if I moved it to the SDD (which has more than enough space to hold it). Absurdly, though, there is no option to move the game like there is with every other game I've done such a thing with.

Even uninstalling this game outright and trying to redownload it to the SDD has Steam straight up telling me I can't change the install directory to anything but the HDD.

What the hell is going on here? What can I do to make this game install where I want it to?

Okay, found the problem. I had Prophecy installed as well, which apparently blocks this game from being installed on a different drive. Once I removed THAT, I could choose where to install Martyr!
