Unable to complete Void Crusade (Negative keys)

Me and a friend where trying to complete Void Crusade.

We failed our first try, Then we played another crusade and went managed to complete the final mission fine. We where teleported to the treasury. The game allowed us to open all the chests there but would not complete the objectives.

we tried another time with the same effect - then after reading some posts here I checked and noticed that I have a negative empyrean key count.

is there a work around?

hey sorry about the trouble! It's for your S4 character, correct? I corrected the negative Void Key counter. I can tick off your achievements if you wish as well. Which ones exactly did you miss because of this issue? (Tier and achievement name)

Also do let me know if your friend has the same issues, and their in-game account name (or Steam name)

I will attempt new void crussade no need to unlock achievements - yet.

with Cad being in-game account name or Steam name?
