Items from Storage are gone

As the title says. I played my highest level character and then there was a freeze when I finished the story campaign. After that my complete storage was empty.

This happened a few days ago, I tried several times to relog, cause in older threats it has been said, that the storage items will be restored after a relog or waiting some time.

But unfortunately it hasn't. The storage of my other characters is not deleted.

I presume there was server maintenace/update or a change in the "Week of ..." when it happens.

So is there a possibility to restore the items in the storage for this character ?

Hi!
Indeed, this is most likely due to an unfortunate momentary desync between any of the game servers, our backend system, and your end. I'm real sorry about the trouble. I won't be able to reset your stash JUST the way it was, I'll strive to come close to it however, and will try and compensate you for your losses with valuable lootbags. Do you seem to remember which types of shards and psalms you had, and how many of them? The easiest to replace are shards, psalms, intels, and consumables.

I don't know the shards and psalms. From my memory:

First page: filled with one third shards, a third psalms. With all types in different marges and quality after a walkthrough for a crusader to level 75. Haven't crafted or inserted any.
One and a half line of Loot-Boxes, so around 12.

I think around 20 Intel-Missions. Meme Virus booster 5-10, Mind-Reset 5-10.

Other 2 pages equipment in quality Relic and Archeo, some lower.

CHARACTER: Aeon HG, Crusader, Heavy Gunner, seasonal character

Hey, I added in a bunch of each type of psalm code, a bunch of middle of the pack shards, a bunch of the mentioned consumables and intels, and a good amount of high-value lootpacks to hopefully replenish your gear-based items as well. Many will have placeholder icons reading 'TEMP' on them. This is only because I added them in from our backend systems, instead of you picking them up in-game. They should function the same way however.
