Hi. We just completed a whole void crusade with all active keys and bonusses maxed out, the chests were buggy - all opened but no progress behind. That was a Season of Malediction Amber Void Shard Crusade. In case it would be finished and fixed somehow, i tried ALT-F4'ing (with the loot in inventory) relogged and all stuff was gone; no progress in Seasonal Tier and no looted items sadly and a closed Crusade...

is there any chance to fix this =( ? Thanks in advance

Also we finished it in coop btw - my friend name is "Syroks" hes also in the Cabal im in.

- to add: I joined my friends Crusade wich in that case was the poisonous one - and did not get the seasonal effort too. Hmm wondered why - and thought it could be because of him hosting - my thoughts were that u gotta do it on your own to have it finished... seems like buggy too.

Also, what now comes to my mind: i/we finished the whole thingy in under 75 Mins - therefore the "Thorough Crusade" Effort should also be finished right ? Sadly not because of the bug =(.

Did the "Torough Crusade" again in no time on the Viridian Crusade with a guided route, got all of the informations (5x), "finished" the crusade, opened the chests - and was buggy again......same for my Friend Syroks.
now stuck until we figure out a way around
