Please restart the game a couple times for starters. If that does nothing, I'll do my best to repopulate your stash with the most important items, but best I can do is shards, psalm codes, consumables and intel missions. Let me know approximately how many and of which types you had, please!

I lost my stash yesterday, if it helps. I've restarted the game a couple of times since.
I think I had ~90 intels, I guess 3 of each psalms except the red ones on average, 11 mind resets, and ~30 loot boxes, mostly from completing influence on systems.
Can you tell me how to avoid this issue in the future?

This is most likely due to an unfortunate momentary desync between any of the game servers, our backend system, and your end. I'll replenish the mentioned items. Some of them will have a placeholder icon reading 'TEMP'. That is only because I added them from our backend, instead of you picking them up in-game. They should function all the same, however. Please, firstly let me know what your in-game account name is though, so I can locate your account :) (Couldn't seem to find it under this Steam username?)

I started playing the game close to the release date, and I've linked my game account to freshly created NeoCore account just now, this might have been the issue. My name should be CrushingDespair.

Found ya, and added them to your character Satoshi's inventory. Let me know if they weren't the correct character who's inventory to add them to.

Yup similar issue, lost all vault stored items, after main quest chapter 5 completion crusaider :( few nice Red Relic items, owell no biggy, most likely 2 avatars on same season setting, bug, but items were not visible on the other toon? Neocon Devs :0

Which of the two did it happen to?

I encountered the same problem yesterday while playing. Restarting the application several times did not help. To be honest, this is very disappointing =( Discourages the desire to play further.

If it does anything for you, I'll try and restore your most important items, if you were to remember how many and of which types of shards/intels/psalm codes/consumables you had.

Thanks for the answer. I googled the problem a little, and as far as I understand, the gear that was lost in this way cannot be returned. I have already started collecting Intel missions and runes again. Please write - can users somehow help with solving this problem? Something to test in certain modes? I'm ready to help.

P.S. The previously written post was written on emotions, after losing everything in stash.

Me ha pasado igual hoy, he perdido todo mi almacen, tenia todos mis salmos, fragmentos y muchos tipos de reliquias que guardaba para desguazar mas adelante.

Intentaré restaurar tus objetos más importantes, si recuerdas cuántos y de qué tipo de fragmentos/intales/códigos de salmo/consumibles tenías.

No se decirte exactamente, salmos creo que por lo menos 1 de todos o casi todos, fragmentos muchos pero no se decirte, y sobre todo muchos objetos para el desguace amarillos, amarillo oscuro, rojos y algun violeta
